azul42: you see, it is a midget, and meredith had all of those headaches, because she had the midget INSTALLED in her head

azul42: (you knew about the flip top head, right?)

Mustang854: she is nearly headless meredith

azul42: and so she just flips her head up, and this little midget pops out, and pulls all nighters for her

azul42: and you see, she had to get that goiter filled with pudding to feed the midget

Mustang854: of course

azul42: because, the midget has night vision, but it cant deal with light

Mustang854: right

azul42: so it just had to learn where to find the ultra secret combination to the ultrasecret goiter to feed at night

Mustang854: ah

azul42: yeah, but the midget has add, and so it always jumps around in there

azul42: but it doesn't have much room, because even though they compacted meredith's brain to fit the midget and the hinges for the flip top head and all, he still doesn't have a lot of room

azul42: and sometimes he wants to pop out.

azul42: so meredith has these lumen sensors hidden in her hair thingies, which is why her hair is always in braids or ponytails or something like that

azul42: so the midget knows when it can and cant come out.

azul42: but I suppose you already know all of this
